Out of nowhere

This is new to me. I got covid and it seemed to have opened a pandora's box of lingering issues. Have an appt with obgyn. Out if nowhere a couple of weeks ago, started having what I guess are hot flashes, anxiety thru the roof, headache, chest pressure, and waking up in the middle of the night with what feels like a panic attack. My blood pressure has also become elevated and it has always been normal. Not going to lie, I'm scared.
