Taurine all at once or split dose?

Hello. I’ve been taking Taurine for a few months. I was taking the dose split 2x/day in pill form. Morning and evening. I’ve just got a shipment of the powder version and I’m wondering if it is ok to take the 3g all in one dose or should it be split? TIA
