Hi everyone,
So 8 weeks ago I started loratadine (antihistsmine) to see if it would help with my PMS around ovulation and few days before my monthly event, it has worked wonders so I want to switch to P5P as recommended in the book, but I am scared to switch. Can I take both at the same time?
Or do I really need to just take one and which is best
