morning dose of progesterone

I am close to 50, had heavy period for the post several years, been using promethium
100mg on the skin only for several years , overall not bad, stopped a year ago. recently
my cycle has changed to every 2 month, and today it the two month mark, but still no period. I tried this morning using just one 100mg promethium on my skin to my surprise
It causes such glittery feeling, my leg feel wobbly, heart pounds a little etc., a bit of a scary moment. by the way , I usually use it before bed. so I just wondering why the morning dose of promethium cause such a reaction.

and I always feel a very tight band around my head and jaw area, what causes that? thanks
