Myo-inositol and Post menopausal Insulin Resistance

Hi: Can you use Inositol with PCOS patients whom are post-menopausal but continue to struggle with insulin resistance? Any issues with this that you know of?

Yes, inositol has been clinically trialed for exactly that situation. See the insulin resistance treatment section (Chapter 8) in my menopause book Hormone Repair Manual.
