Conceiving / returning cycle with Low AMH & high prolactin (breastfeeding)

Hi Lara,
Thanks so much for the great books (I learned so much) and the podcast
My doctor said that my AMH levels are low.
I am 34 (turning 35 in 2024), I have PCOS and we would like to conceive our second baby this year.
Two downsides:
I am still breastfeeding (because our 15 month old son has difficulties transferring to solids) and my prolactin is still very high (13,5 µg/L) so my cycle isn't returning.
My AMH is quite low.
- feb 2018: 6,49 µg/L
- jan 2022: 2,96 µg/L (conceived baby in feb 2022)
- jan 2024: 1,21 µg/L
I know that AMH is not an exact egg timer, but is it normal that it drops so quickly even though I did not menstruate in two years?
I thought that AMH wouldn't drop while pregnant or breastfeedig.
How "low" is it? How fast do we need to conceive?

Thanks so much for your help.
Kind regards,
Eva
