Choline & Inositol

Love your work Lara & have read your recommendations regarding both Choline & Inositol. My Naturopath recommended "activated choline" but I'm confused by the many products on the market. There is an affordable option from iHerb called, "NOW Foods, Choline & Inositol". Is this a suitable supplement and if not, can you please recommend one? I am also taking Ethical Nutrients Mega Magnesium powder based on your recommendation in the Hormone Repair Manual. Thank you in advance 
Note: Supplement Facts: Serving Size: 1 Veg Capsule. Choline (250 mg from 630 mg Choline Bitartrate) and Inositol 250 mg. Do not know how to tell if the Choline is activated
