Pre Ovarian Failure

Hi there
I was diagnosed with 'early menopause' back in 2017 and was told that my oestrogen and progestorone levels indicated such.
They now term it 'Pre Ovarian Failure' I have been given contraceptive pill to keep my hormones stable and more recently over the past year I have been given FemSeven patches to wear and given Progestorone to take once a month. I was wondering if you have any advice as to whether there are alternative treatments to stabilise my hormone levels. I didn't want to take any contraceptive or hormones anymore but the Dr has said I need to still have levels of Oestrogen to protect my bones etc.
