Hypothalmic Amenorrhea

I'm 17 and haven't had a period in about 3 years. I was low carb up until a few months ago. I have a lot more energy but still no period. So, my question is do I need to be eating 2500 calories a day to get it back? Because have never been underweight and have always been trying to lose weight but I never lost any going low carb. But I also think the entire time I was low-carb I was eating way more protein than I needed.
