Inflammation in the breast

Hello!
I'm myself a Maternity and Fertility Nutritionist who has come across many cases in females but a recent one was quite interesting.
Breast inflammation in the right breast with totally clear sono-mammography and totally in range prolactin levels.
The patient was feeling as if there was a burning sensation near the nipple and as if a fluid was being released inside the breast. No lumps, no discoloration of the skin. Just some itchy feeling near the same area.
This burning sensation came back again and again depending on her activity. Jumping did start the burning sensation but playing Table Tennis helped reduce the burning sensation.
Wanted to understand from Lara Ma'am, what can be happening here as the Gynecologists have not been able to diagnose this.
Thank you!
