B2 - Riboflavin vs R5P

Lara notes up to 200mg twice daily Vitamin B2 is useful for Migraines.
Does this dose reccomendation apply to BOTH Ribolfavin & Riboflavin-5'-Phosphate Sodium forms of B2? Or is the recommended dose lower w/ the R5P form of B2?
Brands recommended in Period Repair Manual are NOW & Thorne. NOW B2 as Riboflavin is avail as 100mg caps. Thorne B2 as Riboflavin-5'-Phosphate Sodium is avail as 36.5mg caps. Not sure how to dose if using Thorne - still up to 400mg daily or is this more potent form?
Appreciate any further guidance! Happy holidays to all.
