I’m Late & This Never Happens

I’m 30 years old and today is day 39 since the beginning of my last period; my cycles are typically 30-32 days with mild cramping & 4-5 day healthy flow. I was supposed to start my period about 9 days ago and I have been cramping strongly for all 9 days and two days ago my breasts became tender and very painful. I am extremely fatigued in the morning and moderately fatigued throughout the day. I just feel awful. I’ve probably taken 4 pregnancy tests and all are negative + it seems pretty unlikely this is the case. This morning, I’ve noticed a slight increase in cramping on the right side of my uterus.

Additional information:
> I have been highly stressed for 9+ months but have never lost or had a delayed period.
> I have struggled with acne since I was a teenager; chin & brow area tend to be the most acne-prone, once in awhile along jawline.
> I have experienced heart palpitations on and off over the past few months along with an increase in migraine headaches since Sept 2021. I notice it’s made worse by eating gluten so I have cut this down to almost none in the past month, along with dairy and I’m working to reduce sugar.
> I was vegan for about 3 years but have been eating seafood and some meat since spring of last year.
> My digestion is sometimes pretty regular, sometimes constipated. It fluctuates.
> Had a blood test done last month showing TSH is low but T4 and T3 are normal, high calcium, high hemoglobin and hemochrit? I think? I can review this again if you have specific questions.

I’m seeing my PCP tonight but I don’t know what use she will be or where she could refer me that might be helpful - it’s also only through telehealth so she won’t be able to examine anything. I’m sure it will seem as though I’m jumping the gun because one missed period seems like nothing but this is very weird for me and I’m highly concerned + feel terrible. I don’t know what else to do or what to ask for. I also scheduled an appointment with Planned Parenthood for the following morning in the hopes that they might be able to take a look.

Any suggestions about what I should be doing or what I should request?

Thank you 🥺
