During my ovulation and 5 days before my period, I have complete exhaustion, difficulty concentrating, a metallic taste in my mouth, a noticeable bad breath that my partner smells, numbness in my chin and hands, and a pulling sensation in my head.

I am 41 years old and in good health. Heavy flow, terrible cramps. No birth control.

Does anyone have any information to point me in a direction to figure this out?
