I am struggling to find a peony and licorice supplement in NZ. How can I get this supplement? Does it have to be prescribed?

In New Zealand, peony and licorice combination is available from practitioner brands such as Metagenics, Mediherb and Bioceuticals. Do you have access to a naturopath or medical herbalist?

Hi Lara, I was wondering if you could recommend a brand for Magnesium L-threonate in Canada? I’ve been researching and learning that some have arsenic. I’ve been told that Cymbiotika is a good brand but it comes with almond butter and almond oil and I am trying to reduce my intake of PUFAS. Thank you.
