Hi Lara,
I'm trying to find a suitable probiotic that is more targeted to specific issues as you outlined in your book.
I have recently bought one from a reputable brand with Lactobacillus rhamnosus and plantarum which I think will help with some digestive issues I have. However, I later discovered that the product says it may contain TRACES of dairy(milk powder) and soy but it's not listed in the ingredients.
Do you think it would be ok to go ahead and take these even though I have been following a dairy free diet for the past 3 months or do you think it would it would be ok since it's only a small amount?
Thanks again for everything you do! Xx
