Hello,
I'm trying to find any information about taking berberine and metformin at the same time-is it ok? Will they counteract eachother or cancel eachother out?
My body randomly loses and gains weight and I'm in a gain cycle with some other symptoms/flare ups and looking to go back on berberine.
Any help is appreciated!
