MCAS & Excess Estrogen

I’ve struggled for 5 years with debilitating MCAS/HIT and extremely high levels of estrogen/low levels progesterone. This vicious cycle has caused so many horrid symptoms (bed ridden for days, bone pain, joint pain, chronic fatigue, etc.) I’m 42 years old and honestly just want my estrogen completely stopped all together, I’m going to start taking progesterone but am wary it won’t stop the estrogen spikes that then always begin the vicious cycle with my mast cells…Could you possibly please direct me on the right pathway on what the best treatment is to get my life back?
