BHRT made me lose my period

Hello! I feel like the problem I'm having is very niche but I feel like it's worth a shot to get someone's opinion.
In early May of this year I had 3 BHRT testosterone pellets inserted underneath my skin with the doctor claiming that it would help my energy levels. Since then, I haven't gotten my period at all. My periods are usually super regular and I'm definitely not pregnant (took like 4 tests). It's been 4 months since then so shouldn't the testosterone be out of my system by now? I have no idea how to get my period back and I constantly feel the mood swings of PMS but there's no period
I don't know what to do now
