Hello, my name is Jillian Bar-av and I am a registered herbalist and licensed nutritionist.

I've just been invited to this forum, and I feel honored to be here. I learned of Dr. Lara from an interview she did on the PCOS Diva podcast. After that I found her blogs and I think the information she is putting into the world about PCOS is so well done and needed.

As an herbalist and nutritionist, I focus on working with women with PCOS and Interstitial Cystitis. As I've been doing research on Vitex lately, I kept coming across some information I was confused by, so I reached out to Dr. Lara about it and she wanted me to post my question to this forum, which I will do under a different topic heading.
