Natural Cures for Cervical Polyps?

Hello There,
I'm a 32 year old woman who was just diagnosed with a symptomatic cervical polyp (bleeding, strange discharge, and terrible odor). My insurance is not going to cover this procedure, which inevitably is putting me in a bind. I cannot find much information on cervical polyps other than they are caused by estrogen and glucose imbalances. Thing is, I keep a pretty clean paleo diet. It's got me in the ties worried I need to cut out things like grass-fed meat and eggs (maybe I do). Or if maybe boric acid could be effective. I am curious if polyps respond in the same way malignant tumors would (as they relate to sugar)--or if I'm just living in delusion?
Curious if anyone has had experience with these as I want to get to the root cause.
