Hello Lara,
Thank you so much for the launch of this forum!!!
Do you think the skin condition rosacea could be linked to perimenopause, hormones imbalance or endometriosis?
Is there anything you'd recommend?
Thanks again and very happy new year!
Pauline

thanks for contributing to my new forum.
Rosacea can definitely be improved by estrogen (and worsened by a drop in estrogen). It's also very much affected by gut health (and remember gut health affects endometriosis). So yes, the different conditions are all linked.
Talk to your doctor but most of my patients with Rosacea end up needing help with either SIBO or low stomach acid, or both.

Hi Pauline,
I also suffer from rosacea and have found a grain and casein free diet has essentially eliminated my rosacea. I still eat goat and sheep dairy, just no casein. The grain elimination was the major change, then caisein elimiation helped a little.
Good luck:)
