I’ve been tracking my temperature with Oura ring for several months now. What I noticed is that on some months the temperature raises higher during the luteal phase, and on other months it raises not as high. There is always a fertile mucus a few days before the temperature raises, so I assume that I ovulate and produce some progesterone.
If my temperature doesn’t raise as high, could this be indicative that I produce less progesterone?
