PMDD evolution. Is it provoked by the lack of good partner / good sex or not getting pregnant?

Hello
I wonder if there is any study with women with pmdd that after having a baby the symthons have gone ...I think it is more about having good sex because I feel my serotonin levels much more balanced.
I have been thinking this study is true I have experienced lower synthoms with good partners ( emotional and sexual) because it is an hereditary. I wonder if the body can detect it is not getting pregnant so it give you this present.
