Hi Lara and forum folks. I’m Lizz and I’m currently churning through the Hormone Repair Manual - wow!… so many concerns and questions I’ve had are answered and explained so we’ll given how complex it all is. I’ve already referred book to over a dozen friends. It’s brilliant! Wish I had it on hand s few years ago before peri for me got going.
