Bioidentical hormones with prothrombin mutation in homocigosis?

Dear Lara,
I was diagnosed with early menopause at 40 years old but, as I was about to start bioidentical hormones, found out I have the prothrombin mutation G20210A in homocigosis. My hematologist doesn't recommend the hormone therapy, but I had the feeling she did not know much about bioidentical hormones. Would you say it is safe to use oestrogen patches (instead of oral) and micronized progesterone? If not, is there any non-hormonal treatment without thrombotic risk that I could explore in your opinion? Thank you so much.
