I suspect my tubal of setting off peri symptoms too. Can’t reverse mine the way it was done. 100mg progesterone cyclically isn’t much. Maybe you need a more typical dose of 200mg for those days? Or maybe the daily would help as you said but I’m not sure about that.

This info is from the cemcor website. There’s a chart that goes with it. If your cycles are short, less than 24 days I think it says- take progesterone on day 12 for 14 days and keep going for the full 14 days bleed or no bleed.
