All blood tests are “normal” but everything feels off. Why do I feel constantly inflamed? In the mornings especially, my fingers are so swollen they hurt.

Thank you for your informative podcast. What dose of iron supplement do you recommend? Also, I’ve heard that taking the iron with orange juice helps, do you have thoughts on this?
