Hello. Based on the Hormone Repair Manual I am trying Prometrium and it is helping a lot for my sleep, mood and cramping. (49 in peri)
My question is...how will I know that I am in menopause?...will the Prometrium still cause bleeding every month if the estrogen goes low?
