Yes I’ll have to do something different. I was really hopeful this hrt regime would work leveling me out. For sure didn’t anticipate making me worse.

Has anyone found something that works for follicular symptoms??

This is me too!! I’ve tried so many hrt options and it only ruins my week that I used to feel good…

Did those symptoms start after you began the progesterone?

My OB put me on estrogen patch and oral progesterone daily. Still happening but now my periods are all over the place and I’m getting vestibular migraines after every period so it’s honestly worse since hrt. Not sure what to do next.
