Hello. My "normal" cycle has always been 30 - 35 days. When taking progesterone cyclically I was having average 21 day cycles. Checking discharge only I roughly know when ovulating so should I be delaying the start of progesterone?

Hello! I am sure this is fine, and possibly answered elsewhere but my searches aren't coming back with anything. Can I take the magnesium glycerinate and taurine while breastfeeding? She's already over 2yrs old. Also should the magnesium always be taken at nightime, but I can take taurine in the day...
