I would like to try myo-inositol as I have severe PMS, possibly PMDD, and it is increasing as I am in perimenopause, aged 42, but I am worried about myo-inositol because of the progesterone increase that it brings. I tried taking natural progesterone pills and this brought on all the symptoms of PMS...
