Thanks Sam! We are in such similar places! My estrogen and progesterone have really dropped again. I really appreciate the sharing of experience :) How do you time your progesterone with the varying cycle lengths? That's my challenge. My doc said to go 5 days a week on and 2 days off if I'm not sure...
