Low libido

Hi,
I'm 43yo, had hysterectomy keeping ovaries this time last year due to adenomyosis and endometriosis. I have very very low libido, am able to climax no problem but just have very little interest in pursuing or instigating sex and often just can't be bothered with it. Have not always been like this, seems to have come on in last couple of years and I don't really understand it. Def having symptoms of perimenopause, probably those of higher oestrogen but not a problem with every cycle. Any advice, ideas, suggestions are welcome! Thanks
