ADHD and HRT

Post by Louie79 »

Hi Lara,

I really enjoyed your podcast with Tanya Borrowski and am interested in what you said about only taking progesterone. I'm nearly 44 and have been taking half doses of Evorel patches and utrogestan hrt as I feel it helps with my adhd plus perimenopausal symptoms. I'd prefer not to take anything really but it does make a difference in my mood/energy levels. I understand that estrogen fluctuates at this time and isn't necessarily deficient as we're often told but Wouldn't only taking progesterone be problematic? Thanks for any tips on this.
