Bi-est Cream

I have a history of hormonal imbalances including Endometriosis surgically treated twice via laparoscopy. IUI fertility treatment to result in 2 pregnancies, 3 births. A total thyroidectomy to remove goiters in glands and a total hysterotomy to remove a large uterine fibroid. I have been on bio-identical progesterone capsules for approx 18 years. Have recently started bi-est cream for horrendous hot flushes but was also diagnosed with an ovary stuck on my bowel post hysterectomy op causing left lower abdominal pain. This had subsided but has since started up again since commencing the bi-est cream - should I continue using it in light of my previous hormonal history? The hot flushes have improved 90%. Any advice would be much appreciated.
