High Oestrogen since stopping a progesterone dominant contraceptive pill

I have been on a infertility journey for the last 7 years and have had 4 failed embryo transfers, 1 chemical pregnancy and 1 x 6 week miscarriage with 1 only embryo remaining.

I am turning 42 in august and have had recent day 23 blood tests back last week showing a ovulatory cycle with high oestrogen 648 pmol/L, FSH 3.1 and progesterone 47.2

What would you recommend from these results? I have been working with a gut health specialist but still can’t seem to get my oestrogen down and progesterone up.

My oestrogen levels have always been high throughout my whole ivf journey for 7 yrs + after coming off the contraceptive pill that was progesterone dominant due to me having brown spotting mid cycle since I was in my 20’s and early 30’s.

I would really appreciate any advice or tips as I am frustrated that my GP and IVF specialist won’t take my high oestrogen levels serious and I think this could be the main cause to how I have never conceived naturally and why I had a 6 week miscarriage after the ivf clinic withdrew my progesterone support too fast when I went into mild OHSS and why I felt implantation starting to fail with my chemical pregnancy on a natural frozen embryo transfer with no progesterone support.

Contraceptive pill last used in my early 30’s was millenette 20/75
