I have read and reread the hormone repair manual and went about asking for progesterone which I have been taking every night for 1 and half months now. However I have just come out of surgery for a hysterectomy (ovaries stayed) because of adenomyosis and can’t work out whether I should still be taking progesterone (how much) or should I now be taking estrogen also? Any help greatly appreciated
Does anyone have any experience with this? Thanks!
