Hello, I'm from the Netherlands. Age 46, last year heavy periods, once for 7 weeks and once for 11 weeks in a row. With clots and losing a lot of blood. Low HB, very very tired and very unstable. Lucky for me I had your book (in a dutch translation) and my gynaecologist wanted to prescribe the 3-month course of utrogestan 300mg once a day (she had never heard of it). That helped. For 5 months no menstruation at all. And now I am having heavy bleeding again for 2 weeks now. What to do? Another 3-month course and then cyclically 10 days a month 100 mg utrogestan? Thank you1
