Myo-inositol side effects

Hi Lara,

I recently started taking myo-inositol recently after a 6 month break. I had previously attempted using it to help with PCOS symptoms however I found that it caused memory issues, fatigue and elevated levels of anxiety.

I started using the Infolic Alpha myo-inositol and noticing the same symptoms returning. Is this something observed among patients using this supplement and do you have recommendations as to why this is the case and how to improve these symptoms? I really want to get my PCOS under control but having no luck.
