Progesterone cycling with 30-35 day cycle

Hello. My "normal" cycle has always been 30 - 35 days. When taking progesterone cyclically I was having average 21 day cycles. Checking discharge only I roughly know when ovulating so should I be delaying the start of progesterone?

I just started taking progesterone and was wondering how much you are taking. I was given prescription for 300mg to take cyclically. I have taken it 8 days now. No period yet but used to having them very regularly every 28 days or so. I do have light pink tinged urine in last day. Have you had that?

In most cases, it's best to wait and start progesterone AFTER ovulation. Which in a 35-day cycle would be around day 21.
