Hi,
I have insulin pcos. I have made some changes high protein, yet I still crave surgar and find it hard to give up.
What are some of the recipe books or other practitioners you recommend to follow to help with finding a diet plan? Or what are your suggested recommendations for a daily eating plan?
I really struggle with consistency and making the changes, yet can see how I’m gaining weight and really need to rebalance. I am pretty healthy in the food I eat if I wasn’t insulin resistant but with these issues makes me not healthy. I eat a lot and protein with most meals but am often hunry and it’s not a good feeling.
