Pages 43 to 48 are missing in my book print version

Hi!
When I was super excited with the hormone repair manual reading, I noticed that pages 43 to 48 are missing in my book. Anyone noticed the same?

Can anyone share these missing pages with me?

That would be from a printing issue with Amazon. Please return the book to them in exchange for a new copy.
