I will be traveling via airplane to Europe. I assume bringing little bags of white power will be frowned upon. I have been taking the metabolic supplements combo since the book came out. Years before that I was taking magnesium and taurine powders. Being perimenopausal magnesium seems to be the magic key so that I can sleep.
I would love to hear what other people do when they travel. What brands of magnesium bisglycinate or glycinate pills do people like? Thanks so much.
