I have been eating a gluten and dairy free diet as a recommended strategy for endometriosis for the past 4 months while trying to conceive. I’m wondering now that I’m pregnant, whether it’s recommended to continue with a gluten and dairy free diet or to introduce both back into my diet?
I didn’t notice a big change cutting them out in terms of endo/gut symptoms but wonder if it did help me to conceive.
