Endo - Fertility

I recently had a cesarian section after unexplained infertility resulting in a successful round of IVF. The surgeon confirmed that my bowel, uterus and ovary were fused with endometriosis lesions. I now have confirmation of the condition, as I have suspected this all along.

I am trying to find info supporting me in trying to manage my condition? I’m wanting to avoid it worsening with my section-surgery, but also would like another child in the future, so I really want to try to manage the inflammation etc

I’m breastfeeding currently, and saw a mentioned of iodine but not sure this is for me at present
