Would Inositol be a good replacement for projesterone to help with mood/sleep symptoms? Projesterone helps with this, but I have so much swelling from the projesterone I think I need a different option.

Yes, inositol can be a good choice. A higher dose (eg 3-6 grams) is usually needed for sleep.
