Lara you are amazing. Thank you!
I am confused about Dim.
I have been taking it for 2 months to help with my excess oestrogen. I believe its helping but just had a very painful period. (Also started applying bio-identical progesterone cream after the painful period).

Does DIM block oestrogen and balance/raise testosterone or block both? Or balance both?
The information is different depending on where you read it.
I am a bit worried as my husband is also taking it to prevent prostate problems.

Please clarify with your expertise.
