Can I take progesterone and magnesium glycinate at the same time?

I take progesterone nightly as part of my MHT. Is it ok to take my magnesium glycinate at the same time as the progesterone? I usually take progesterone about an hour before sleep, and was wondering if I should take magnesium glycinate along with it to see if that would help even more with sleep. Or if they’re meant to be taken at different times.
