Length of Treatment Protocols

I was in bad shape before reading Lara’s book. Her recommendations for endometriosis and fibroids have been a game changer. I’m almost at the three-month mark of protocols and wondering how long I continue the supplements? Is this something I do indefinitely? Or when I notice that inflammation is returning? I’ll take anyone’s insights! Thank you!
