I wanted to share this podcast with you, Lara you probably know this Dr but it’s about how hormones play a powerful role in our mental and physical health (and the effect in menopause)… I know not everyone is into HRT but it has changed my life! And Lata was the first person to tell me about PMDD back when I saw her in Sydney in 2005 so interesting about the link she makes between early childhood trauma and pre menstrual depression - I was forcibly removed from my mother at birth - Lara put me on progesterone and so got pregnant naturally after doing IVF with my first child.
